Refund Return Policy
To get a full product refund due to damaged goods bought from GKhair.com, the company must be informed within 7 days of the product delivery date by sending a photo/video of the products and clarification of the issue to info@GKhair.com.
Kindly note the following for return policy:
• Products damaged or used by the customer will not be eligible for return/refund.
• Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) is received, inspected, and found damaged by GKhair.
• Refunds will only be proceeded upon furnishing of original receipt issued by GKhair.com
• The company will replace the goods and will bear the reshipment cost if/when the products were delivered damaged.
• If the products are damaged deliberately or the seal is not intact, refund/return will not be catered to. You can also contact customer support for your respective Country;
• GK Hair will only refund if the products purchased are sealed.
• Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) is received, inspected, and found damaged by GKhair.
