Supply Chain Officer (US Region)

Position Overview:
The position requires Oversee stock replenishment, order fulfillment, customer claims, and logistics, while optimizing supply chain processes and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stock replenishment for warehouses in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer claims efficiently and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to optimize stock movement and storage.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
- Record and update data related to stock levels, orders, and claims using google sheets, ERP, Cloud and other platforms.
- Facilitate Logistics movement between warehouses.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Review and verify 3PL invoices and their contents.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a supply chain officer
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet tasks
