Account Sales New Acquisition Manager (US region)

As a Business Development Representative at GK Hair, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth within the US Region. Your primary responsibility will be focused on new acquisitions. You will be responsible for attracting, acquiring, and establishing new customer accounts. Their role involves a blend of sales, strategic planning, and relationship-building to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Ability to make 100-150 calls on a daily basis;
  • Identify potential clients: hair stylists, salon chains, suites, etc.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.
  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce the company’s products/services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the prospective customer's needs and challenges.
  • Present the company’s products effectively to highlight their value and benefits.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Secure new accounts by finalizing sales orders.
  • Send samples to convert potential leads to customers in order to meet targets. 
  • Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients through consistent and transparent communication.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, supply chain or accounting teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
  • Provide feedback from prospective customers to internal teams to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and new account acquisition.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and address any initial concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing account management after onboarding new customers


  • You must have previous Business Development/Account Management experience and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a persistent and proactive approach.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with Gorgios, Shopify is a plus

Working hours: 6 PM - 3 AM

Shift: Mon- Friday
