Account Manager Existing Accounts (US region)

As an Account Manager at GK Hair, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth within the US Region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with Book of business consisting of existing customers, build relationships, and drive revenue and meet sales targets.


  • Implement strategies to retain existing customers and reduce churn.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the products/services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Meet sales targets by selling GKHAIR products to existing customers. 
  • Regularly communicate with customers through meetings, calls, and emails to maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and Support department for resolving any customer issues.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional products to existing customers.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services and inform business strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., customer support, supply chain, accounting) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Update customers about ongoing training events.
  • Coordinate training sessions for customers to help them better utilize the GKHAIR products.


  • You must have previous Business Development/Account Management experience and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a persistent and proactive approach.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with Gorgios, Shopify is a plus

Working hours: 6 PM - 3 AM

Shift: Mon- Friday
